The course program at Treudelberg doesn’t follow trends either, but rather the people who train here. It brings structure to your week, movement in depth and starts where health and vitality come together: with exercises that are easy on the joints in the water, strengthening movements on land, focused exercises on the back and units that strengthen the cardiovascular system.
